RTT makes quick positive changes, with many clients seeing a big improvement after just One session.  Most clients only require one or two sessions.

Our past does not have to define who we are today, we can be released from negative beliefs about ourselves that are holding us back and give ourselves chance to reach our full potential.

After years of self-doubt, low self-esteem and a total lack of confidence in myself, I came across Marisa Peer and Rapid Transformational Therapy.  It has changed my life and now I am in the privileged position to have trained in person with Marisa and gain my therapist and hypnotherapist qualification.

The Facts about Hypnosis

Hypnosis is not about being asleep, it is a relaxation of the nervous system and the quieting down of your conscious mind.

When you are in hypnosis you are still in total control.  You will not say or do anything that you don't want to.

The state of hypnosis is achievable by everyone.  If you follow the simple instructions and are a willing participant you will be hypnotised.

When in hypnosis you have access to your subconscious mind, where all of your memories, feelings and deep rooted beliefs are stored.

Hypnosis achieves brilliant results, really fast.  Our brains are capable of changing our outdated beliefs and unwanted behaviours, even those that we have carried them around for years.

Hypnosis is a totally natural state that our brain is familiar with, like when you zone out for a while or lose track of time.

½ hour initial Zoom call to discuss the issue or issues that you are facing and for me to explain how the RTT session will run and what you can expect to gain from it. It is also for you to establish if RTT and my approach is a good fit for you.

Therapy Session

Prior to the session and as part of the therapy you will have a 30 minute intake session - this will be information gathering and we will review life without the issue.

The session itself is approximately 90 mins.

You will receive a personalised transformational recording to ensure that the new beliefs are embedded.

Follow up contact after 3 days and a 30 minute call / zoom after 3 weeks.

 

Confidence Coaching

Confidence is not a personality trait, it is a skill that can be learnt, developed and grown over time. You are not stuck with your limiting beliefs with no way of changing them, your mind can learn new ways of thinking and behaving.

Your confidence will grow once you realise that you have control over your life, successful people know this and take action on a daily basis towards improving their lives and achieving their goals.

Learning how to have a growth mindset and having the understanding of how we can change our thought processes will put you firmly on the path to a more confident you.

Confidence coaching can give you the tools to improve your confidence in all areas of your life. It can help you develop self belief and be successful. It is great as a stand alone session or it can be a really beneficial addition to a RTT session.
