The Facts about Hypnosis

Hypnosis is not about being asleep, it is a relaxation of the nervous system and the quieting down of your conscious mind.

When you are in hypnosis you are still in total control.  You will not say or do anything that you don't want to.

The state of hypnosis is achievable by everyone.  If you follow the simple instructions and are a willing participant you will be hypnotised.

When in hypnosis you have access to your subconscious mind, where all of your memories, feelings and deep rooted beliefs are stored.

Hypnosis achieves brilliant results, really fast.  Our brains are capable of changing our outdated beliefs and unwanted behaviours, even those that we have carried them around for years.

Hypnosis is a totally natural state that our brain is familiar with, like when you zone out for a while or lose track of time.

Prior to the session and as part of the therapy you will have a 30 minute intake call - this will be information gathering and we will review exactly what you would like to achieve from the session.

The session itself is approximately 90-120 minutes.

You will receive a personalised hypnotherapy transformational recording to ensure that the changes we make during the session are embedded.
